Student Council Candidates

Student Council candidates share ideas

We asked the 2023-2024 student council candidates: Why should the student body vote for you?

Campaign posters cover the hallways and Instagram posts flood your feed. Student Council elections are open to all underclassmen students this week, and 40 candidates are running for office.

You might wonder who deserves your vote.

We’ve made it easy for you to learn more about each candidate and their vision for the 2023-24 school year by asking the one big question: Why should the student body vote for you?

NOTE: Officer candidate Gabriel Broome did not respond to interview requests. Officer candidate Matt Lund was not able to complete an interview before publication.
