On the ninth episode of The Panther Pod, hosts Matteo Ventresca and Manny Pickup introduce Olivia Voshell and Maryella Gill, two captains of the varsity girls basketball team at Haven, to discuss their season before entering the district playoffs. The team is currently 10-11 and the fifth seed for the district playoffs.

Manny is a junior at Strath Haven and co-host of The Panther Pod. He plays soccer and baseball for the high school, as well as being the Vice President of the Pickleball Club. He enjoys watching and talking sports, lifeguarding in the summer, and spending time with friends and family.
