On the thirteenth episode of The Panther Pod, hosts Matteo Ventresca and Manny Pickup introduce Katie Stack and Lilly Hodges, two senior captains for the girls Ultimate Frisbee team (SHUG) at Haven. SHUG recently won the Youth Ultimate League of Arlington (YULA), advancing to the national tournament in June.

Manny Pickup ’26, Podcast Host

Manny is a junior at Strath Haven and co-host of The Panther Pod. He plays soccer and baseball for the high school, as well as being the Vice President of the Pickleball Club. He enjoys watching and talking sports, lifeguarding in the summer, and spending time with friends and family.
