On the twelfth episode of The Panther Pod, hosts Matteo Ventresca and Manny Pickup introduce Colin LeStourgeon and Jack Shronk, two senior captains for the boys track team at Haven. Shronk set the school record time for the 4×400 relay in the spring of 2024 along with three students who graduated last school year.

Manny Pickup ’26, Podcast Host
Manny is a junior at Strath Haven and co-host of The Panther Pod. He plays soccer and baseball for the high school, as well as being the Vice President of the Pickleball Club. He enjoys watching and talking sports, lifeguarding in the summer, and spending time with friends and family.
